Band Camp kickoff is tomorrow! Please have students at Westview, by 8:45am to get settled in. Camp begins at 9am sharp! Boosters will be there at 8:15am to collect any fees, forms, or answer any questions. Temps are supposed to rise again this week. Please make sure your student brings the proper equipment to camp. We will have a water bottle filling station set up as well. A few quick reminders…
Fall Marching Fees are due Monday. Everyone should have an invoice at this point and if they do not they can email Karol at email@example.com and she will be happy to send them another. Please email Karol if you have any questions about your invoice. ***For those of you who have worked HOPS games, we do not have that on your invoice, but we will have a spreadsheet with the amounts you are being credited for up to this point.
We need all the names of volunteers for Camp Rilea by Monday also. Many of you still need to complete your district background check before volunteering. We cannot allow you to be at camp without your background check through the district. Go Here ASAP to do this.

Your band student will be bringing home the VERY IMPORTANT CAMP PACKET on Monday. The permission form is due back to us no later than Wednesday. I am attaching the packet here, in case you want to go ahead and print out the permission form now (Form I) and just send it in on Monday. 🙂
