We invite everyone interested to join one of Westview Band’s winter programs! No experience is necessary to join.
Westview Winter Percussion
- Winter percussion ensembles consist of marching percussion (also called battery) and front ensemble (also called pit). Indoor percussion marries elements of music performance, marching, and theater. Pre-audition clinics will take place on November 6th and 8th from 3pm – 6pm at Westview. Westview Winter Percussion 2017: Why Not Now?
Westview Winterguard
- The Winterguard performs a visual routine set to recorded music. Rehearsals and performances take place indoors. The Westview Winterguard competes in regional competitions sponsored by the Northwest Association for the Performing Arts (NWAPA). We will always start training at level zero. Clinic and auditions will take place on November 14th and 16th from 5pm – 8pm at the Springville K-8 gym. Watch their Winter 2017 show here:
