• Disney Consent to Travel
• Anaheim Disney Performance Trip 2018

The payment schedule is as follows:

• October 10, 2017: First Trip deposit due $275 per traveler
• December 10, 2017: Second payment $275 per traveler
• February 10, 2018: Third Payment $275 per traveler
• March 10, 2018: Final Trip Balance
• March 10, 2018 ALL BAND FEES MUST BE PAID
